If you are looking for something as rock solid and dependable as a 1960�s Sheaffer School Pen then the Pelikan Pelikano is what you should buy. These pens come in interesting translucent colors just like the Junior but have a smaller diameter grip. They are also much more comfortable to write with for long periods of time. The other nice thing about this pen is that they come in a decent variety of nib choices. You will normally find medium but can order a fine nib or even left handed nibs. The Pelikano School Pen is well balanced in the hand and the design is tastefully modern. The clip feels very secure and is made from the same material as the body. The cap is chrome. This is by far the best made and best looking of any of the pens in this price range. I would highly recommend this pen to anyone looking for something to use on a daily basis to take notes with or to write in a journal.
